Step 1: Put a grey eyeliner pencil all over the eyelid and blend out.  Apply a grey eyeshadow over the pencil upto the socket.

Step 2:  Using a fluffy brush, place a dark blue eyeshadow in the crease and blend well.  Brush away any fallout.

Step 3:  Put a matte black eyeshadow in the outer 'v' of the lid and blend into the blue. Use an eyeshadow colour close to your skin tone to blend out any harsh lines.

Step 4:  Use a gel/liquid/pencil liner to line the top lashine and wing it out slightly.  Use a black khol pencil and fill in your waterline and tightline.  Apply mascara.

  3. tbh, its a good try. i think you should cover dark circles first with some concealer, bc the dark smokey is just bringing out the darkness under your eyes and giving you a dull look -- im truly not trying to be mean, you're a beautiful person with so much potential. give the concealer a try, what do you have to lose?
